Located near I-405 and 22, our senior living community offers 81 apartments on two floors. Here our residents – in many cases with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet a helping hand from our warm, caring staff is always close by.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, TV room and library – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month, including on-site lectures and off-site excursions. Emeritus at Valley View is in a residential area, with a strip mall located directly across the street for easy shopping and a park just one-quarter mile away. The Los Alamitos Medical Center, Anaheim Memorial Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center are also nearby if ever needed.
